Charles "Andy" Arnold started Arnold & Associates in 1990 and has successfully provided governmental consulting and lobbying services to fortune 500 companies, small businesses, associations and governmental entities.

Andrew Arnold is a Missouri lobbyist and governmental affairs professional with experience in legislative advocacy, political consulting, campaign operations, and public affairs.

Dave Berry is a Missouri lobbyist and government affairs professional with over a decade of experience representing clients before the state legislature, executive branch, and agency staff.

Tom Dempsey brings extensive experience in issue advocacy, legislative initiatives, and public policy issues. Dempsey was elected to the Missouri State Senate in 2007, and rose to the rank of Majority Floor Leader before being unanimously elected to serve as the Senate President Pro-Tem in 2013.

Eric Bohl is the Founder and Principal of Bohl Government Affairs, a federal government relations firm built on strategic relationships, a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and objectives, disciplined responsiveness, and measurable results.

Doug has cultivated strong bipartisan relationships, working collaboratively with lawmakers, government officials, and stakeholders to advance client interests.

Liz Henderson is a public policy professional with experience in legislative operations, campaign management, and lobbying at both the state and federal levels. She has worked with Missouri lawmakers, major advocacy firms to pass impactful legislation, secure funding, and advance policy initiatives. 

Dan Houx brings a deep understanding of Missouri’s legislative process, shaped by four terms in the Missouri House of Representatives. He proudly represented the 54th District, serving as Chairman of the Fiscal Review Committee under two different Speakers of the House.

Sly has worn many hats over the years – lead singer in a band, military police officer in the Marines, successful trial attorney, dynamic mayor who oversaw Kansas City, Missouri’s renaissance, and award-winning author. He’s never shied away from taking on tough challenges.

Rod Jetton is not a lobbyist, but has dedicated his life to service, leadership, and helping others succeed in Missouri political campaigns. A proud United States Marine, Jetton returned home to Missouri and in 2000 was elected to the House of Representatives.

Jane Fairfax O’Toole is a Missouri-based attorney and business leader who specializes in organizational turnarounds and regulatory risk mitigation. With over two decades of experience in state government, private and corporate leadership, she is a strategic problem-solver dedicated to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Former Speaker of the Missouri House, Dean applies his deep legislative experience and respected relationships across the House, Senate and Executive branch to advocate on behalf of companies and stakeholders to achieve their policy and business goals.

Jonathan brings nearly two decades of experience leading high-stakes campaigns and public strategy efforts across the Midwest. His cross-disciplinary background brings unmatched depth to every engagement.​

Former Missouri Senator and House Representative, Scott Rupp has experience across business, public service, and advisory roles in regulated environments, built on trust and relationships. His career spans small business ownership, elected office, and leadership roles with major public companies.​​​​

Trent is the Founder and Lead Consultant for Watson Governmental Consulting. The 2025 legislative session is Trent’s twenty-seventh session working in some capacity with the General Assembly.
